PostHog may process information such as page views, referrer information, browser and device details, session activity, and limited event metadata in support of those analytics purposes.

Customer data processed through the REDVIA platform is only shared with third parties when necessary to provide integrations or operate the service you have configured.

5. Customer data and connected platforms

When you become a REDVIA customer, the service may connect to external commerce systems such as Shopify, NetSuite, marketplaces, or other business platforms you authorize.

REDVIA processes this information solely to provide synchronization, orchestration, and automation capabilities. We do not sell this information, share it for unrelated purposes, or use it beyond what is required to operate the service.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
